Our clinic is part of the Big Country Primary Care Network.  They provide professional staff as a part of our multidisciplinary team approach to enhance and deliver health care services. Presently we have Registered Nurses, a Wellness Coordinator, Dietitian and Referral Navigators working with us.

Registered Nurses: they are reponsible for patient education and follow-ups for chronic disease management, health promotion and prevention for all ages. They also assist the physicians with medical procedures and tasks.  Patients can self-refer to see the nurse.

Wellness Coordinator: she offers classes and patient education on healthy lifestyles including weight loss, tobacco cessation and exercise options for patients with physical challenges. Patients can self-refer to see the Wellness Coordinator.

Dietitian:  provides comprehensive nutrition coaching services. The appointment will be focused on your goals and needs. She will help you sort through confusing nutrition information, decide what changes you want to make and plan practical strategies to make these changes. Additionally, she will provide support and encouragement over several months to help you reach your goals.

Referral Navigator: the Navigator's role is to facilitate patient referrals to specialists, specialty clinics and other medical investigations.
