We welcome patients to book phone consults or in-person appointments for any and all health concerns.   For everyone's safety, we continue to screen our patients at check-in for symptoms that would require isolation, such as new or worsening cough, fever, sore throat, shortness of breath, vomiting or diarrhea.  If you have any of these symptoms, we kindly ask you to let the receptionist know so that you can be roomed promptly.  Thank you.

Prescription Refills


It is strongly recommended that you keep track of your refill dates. PLAN AHEAD!


1) Check with your pharmacist! They can provide you with short-term prescriptions until the next available (non-urgent) appointment with your doctor.

 

2) If you are registered with AVA Connect, you can secure-message your doctor via the online portal to ask for a short-term refill.

 

Certain prescriptions should only be refilled with your regular doctor (narcotics, sleeping pills, ADHD medication) because they are ‘controlled substances’.
